Frameplay is a global in-game advertising company headquartered in San Francisco, California with worldwide sales and development offices and teams supporting NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Frameplay truly enables game developers to place advertising easily and intrinsically within video game environments without interfering with or degrading the gameplay performance or experience.

The Games Customer Success Associate, is responsible for working collaboratively with the business development team as well as other internal and external partners to nurture, support, and grow relationships with our Game partners. This includes working alongside the games business development team to ensure game development partners customer success from presales through integration, to finally, game launch. After launch the associate will be the main point of contact of support as they nurture and grow the relationship. The associate will also be responsible for understanding our customer’s business priorities to support our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in the execution of their respective processes to expand our partnerships and generate growth.


  • Manage and grow Frameplay’s Game relationships
  • Drive long-term partnership value by developing understanding of clients’ business, technical challenges, and goals for each game
  • Work cross functionally with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and SDK teams on processes, initiatives, and forecasting
  • Create and deliver regular communications on top client initiatives, blockers, and opportunities to internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Communicate upcoming features, updates, and optimizations to all Game Partners, while also working with Product to troubleshoot any issues
  • Provide structured feedback to product on needs and use cases to shape roadmap


About Your Skills And Experience

  • Proven 1-3 years prior Customer Success experience required
  • Interest in growing a career in Account Management
  • Experience/interest in the Gaming space required
  • Customer obsessed and looking to develop long-term partnerships
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Comfortable with leading day-to-day client communication
  • Ability to problem solve and push for creative solutions
  • Detail-oriented and responsive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
