Frameplay is a global in-game advertising company headquartered in San Francisco, California with worldwide sales and development offices and teams supporting NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Frameplay truly enables game developers to place advertising easily and intrinsically within video game environments without interfering with or degrading the gameplay performance or experience.

Frameplay is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of People & Culture who will be responsible for leading Frameplay’s people and human resources functions. We are looking for a leader with proven experience leading human resources and people operations. The ideal candidate should be people focused, with solid problem-solving abilities and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast-growing environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with leadership and management to provide expertise and solutions/strategies for a variety of people processes including culture & organizational health, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Ensure a thoughtful employee experience through the creation, implementation and management of employee programs that supports a scaling startup, develop programs to positively affect change management.
  • Assist with recruiting including development of job descriptions and candidate screening.
  • Employee point of contact for benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training.

Who you are:

  • Proven 8 to 10 years of people / human resources management experience, in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing payroll and benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Superior employee relations, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Previous experience with advertising, media, ad-tech and/or gaming a bonus.
  • Passionate about gaming and Frameplay’s mission.
