Frameplay is seeking a Vice President, Business Development (NYC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a smart, passionate, organized individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales culture. Our Vice President, Business Development will be responsible for driving the already exploding growth we have been seeing across our global client base across agencies and the brands they work with. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and is eager to bring ideas to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with strategic partners withholding company agencies and other level advertisers
  • Work collectively with client services to cultivate and grow accounts
  • Communicate the value of Frameplay media buying platform and supply by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
  • Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering
  • Take lead in responding to RFP’s or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategy
  • Coordinate global account discussions with other regions as needed
  • Work closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals
  • Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Mentor and manage hunter focused sales team with account responsibility
  • Contribute to Frameplay culture

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years either account management or sales role
  • Experience working with digital advertising agencies or brands
  • Experience in gaming industry a plus
  • Expertise in client interaction
  • Great written and oral communication 
  • Detail-oriented
  • Impeccable organizational skills
